DeWolf Jewelry Design Return/Refund Policy

DeWolf Jewelry Design and Uniquities wants you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If the items are damaged during shipping, you may return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are easy. Simply follow these 5 steps.

Step 1: Send an email to our customer care at support@dewolfdesignden.com. Be sure to mention your purchase reference number and reason for the return. Also photograph damaged item in original packing.

Step 2: If the item is broken. We will mail you a prepaid shipping label or exchange it for something of equal or lesser value.
If you don’t like it and you want to return it, the return shipping fee is paid by the customer.

Step 3: Please pack all your items securely into one package ready for delivery.
Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

Step 4: Track your shipment unless it has been received and acknowledged by DeWolf Jewelry Design & Uniquities.

Step 5: Refunds: If you have received an email from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request. Please allow 10-15 days from the date of intimation for a credit to appear on your account.
Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
